Authorised personnel only: As we are supplying the some of products which are sold to authorised personnel only by proving their identity, if we find your identity is not eligible for purchasing any one of the listed products, we reserved all rights to cancel the purchase of that particular item or whole order.
Refunds: we refund your paid amount with out charging anything for cancellation of the order. we deduct the card charges of 5% if payment was done by debit or credit card as we get the funds from banker after the deduction of bank charges as you are also aware of the same. If amount is transferred by Gpay or Phonepe or PayTM or Bank Transfer, full amount is refunded without deducting any charges if any order is cancelled prior to shipping.
Unavailable products, if ordered: At times, we get orders with multiple items by single purchaser, one or two items may be ‘out of stock’ which will be sent as a seperate pack or amount equivalent to product value will be refunded if already paid. the same product will be sent when ever it is available in stock and shipping charges to be paid separately.
Reference Pictures of all products: The pictures posted on our website are for your information to know how it looks and to know the approximate size. The accurate design, shade of the colour may vary from lot to lot as we manufacture the products in multiple lots. Minor changes are made when we take next lot for betterment or convenience of production.
Cash/Pay-on-Delivery orders(COD/POD): Our offers may not be valid for Cash on Delivery orders. If any order is returned due to non availability of client at the given address or not responding to phone calls of delivery boy, the shipping charges to be born by the purchaser only. COD/POD orders are expensive by minimum 50 and 2% of the collectible amount plus GST which is chargeable by logistics/courier company to be born by Purchaser only as he/she opted for this service.
Product Exchange : We don’t encourage any product exchanges. However if any product is really unsuitable , we can consider the exchange for a suitable product and shipping charges to be born by purchasers only. A small video clip of opening the parcels will be more evident to help you with better service.
