We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@oliveplanet.in. If your return is accepted, you can return the product to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as MRE once opened), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items like dog tags, name tabs and t-shirts with names written on it). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You can request for a size or colour change after you have received the product. Certain products which are personalized are not eligible for exchange or return. They are dog tags, name tabs and t-shirts where the name of the individual is written at the back. We are unable to exchange the above products since we will not be able to resell them to any other customer with your name written on it. For T-shirts only size exchange is allowed as we print the t-shirts after the order is placed.
To exchange a product, send us an email to care@customiser.in.
Once your request for exchange is confirmed ship the product back to us using a courier of your choice. We will ship the exchanged product back to your address for free.
If the exchange is for a product which is damaged in transit or with manufacturing defect then, we will reimburse the shipping charges (as per Speed Post rates) both ways.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
